How Do I Order Online?

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
Credit card payment not working

How long does the delivery take?

Unlike many online retailers, all items are located in our Perth warehouse. We will be dispatched the next business day following receipt of your order.

Once items are dispatched from House, you should expect delivery within 2-10 days depending on your location.

We also offer same day delivery if you placed the order before 2pm AWST and the location is in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Changing or cancelling an order once placed

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Yes, all of our clotheslines come with a manufacturer guarantee – most are between 1 to 3 year structural guarantees.
