  What is platinum delivery?
  • Platinum delivery is a very unique delivery service in Joymade Kitchen. We will deliver the product you have purchased into your home at the same day if you placed the order before 2pm(AWST).
Therefore, please note us if you need platinum delivery otherwise the shipping will still using Australia Post. Enter “Platinum delivery” in your Order notes.
  • Platinum delivery is ONLY available for shipping address in Perth Metropolitan Area (Except City of Wanneroo, Swan, Mundaring, and Rockingham).
  Shipping Joymade Kitchen only offers shipping in Australian Postal Addresses. We apologised for any inconvenience cause by it.   Shipping Charges All orders are shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99(Inc GST). We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. If you wish to make a large or commercial order please contact our Customer Service team for a quote.   Shipping Method Australia Post is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination. If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.   Shipping Timeframe Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed, except during special events and busy periods such as Christmas. Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 days from the date your payment is received. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays in WA). However the delivery time may vary depending on the location.  

30 Day Change of Mind Policy – ONLINE ONLY

All our items or Products come with a thirty (30) day refund guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with any Product delivered to you, you may, within thirty (30) days of item purchase being delivered, return the Product in the original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit, with all tags and stickers still attached and with your original tax invoice (as proof of purchase) to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the Product. This refund does not include the costs of return postage. The Customer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
